Discover the advantages of the Innovation centre

The Innovation centre is on the campus of the Brandenburg Technical University Cottbus-Senftenberg (BTU).

modern architeCturE

It consists of clearly structured two storey building blocks (wings), with three separate entrances open to the outdoors as well as giving the two building blocks an optically intriguingly attractive appearance.

The interior of the innovation centre is divided into a Laboratory zone on the western side of the building and an office zone on the eastern side.

The technical room is in the roof floor where the ventilation system is located with air supply and extraction that can be extended according to specific utilization requirements. The outdoor facilities of the innovation centre are available for further functional and barrier-free enhancements

flexible rOOMS/SPACE

Different utilization modules can be arranged according to the specific space and layout requirements the tenant may have. The cluster style offices can be combined to form larger units. In addition the classical laboratory-office- variation can be offered.

Spatious Communications area

The two guest lounges in the ground floor as well as the first floor offer an opportunity to provide a distinguished setting to entertain business partners as well as clients. The guest lounge on the first floor in particular with the integrated kitchen and exit to the balcony is ideally suited.
